Funds FAQs

There are 3 ways clients can transfer funds to their FINWAVE Trading Account

1. Fund Transfers via NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.

2. Fund Transfers via UPI Mechanism.

3. Deposits via Cheques.

Depositing funds through your bank account Via RTGS/NEFT/IMPS

Transfer funds anytime through RTGS / NEFT /IMPS. All you need to simply do is add AIRAN FINSTOCKS PVT LTD. as your beneficiary (Payee) in your Net banking Funds Transfer option. Once the beneficiary is added you may transfer funds to your trading account by logging in to your net banking. Make sure to transfer funds using your Bank Account which you have registered with Finwave

FINWAVE has simplified the process of transferring funds via RTGS, NEFT or IMPS to your trading account by introduction of a virtual personalized bank account number for transferring funds.

For transferring the funds to Equities, Derivatives, Currency Segment,
In place of the Bank Account number, mention ARNNSECLIENTCODE (No Spaces)

For Instance, if your client code is N0201 then in place of the Bank Account Number, Simply mention

How is this new process beneficial to Customers?

Faster Credits– Since your client code is mentioned in Beneficiary account number, we are notified of your payment and Account ID and in case of successful receipts, we can quickly credit your trading account without any further delay.

Auto – Rejection of Third Party Bank Payments – As brokers, we are not permitted to accept funds from any third party account other than your registered bank account. In case, we receive any third party payment,shall be auto-rejected instantly.

We hope this initiative simplifies and accelerates funds transfers by way of RTGS /NEFT / IMPS. Please note that this process is not applicable for Cheque Deposit, Fund transfers from HDFC Bank, transfer through the UPI.
Transferring funds through UPI Mechanism.

Client can also transfer Funds through UPI (Unified Payment Interface) system. Simply Open your UPI Application & make a payment to Airan Finstocks Pvt Ltd’s UPI ID. Make sure that the Payment is being processed from the same account which is registered / Mapped with your Trading Account at Airan Finstocks Pvt. Ltd. Our UPI ID is also as simple as our Bank Account Number. Its ARNNSE***** @yesbank
(Please put Client Code at “*****”).

For example, If your Client Code is N0201, the UPI ID for Payment will be ARNNSEN0201@yesbank.
Depositing Funds to your account by way of Cheques

In case you wish to deposit funds via cheque, Please issue the cheque in the favor of “AIRAN FINSTOCKS PVT LTD.”

Time – 3 – 4 working days depending on your bank

After Cheque deposit, kindly share Transfer details and acknowledgment through Back office Login / email on account@airanfinstocks.com

You can simply log in to our Back office support & put payout / withdrawal request there. The funds will be credited to your registered bank account as per the payout schedule.

Yes, you can Add / Delete / Modify your Bank Account Details online by log in to our back office support & uploading required documents / Bank Proofs. You can also modify your Primary Bank Account from our back office support.

No, As per SEBI Rule, third Party Payment / Receipts are not allowed in Stock Market. So you can not add any other’s Bank Details with your Trading Account.

Yes, you can add Joint Bank Account Details, where you are one of the Joint Holders.

No, Currently we are not equipped with UPI Integration, we will keep you update in future if we integrate UPI system.

No, Currently we are not equipped with payment Gateway, we will keep you update in future if we integrate this system.

Demat Holding Statements

Mobile/Email Update

If your mobile number is linked with your Aadhar, you can update it online by following these steps:

Visit www.finwave.co and click on "Online Modification."
Enter your "Client Code" and "PAN," then click "Send OTP."
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email, then log in.
Select "KYC Modification" from the menu and click on "Mobile & Email."
Choose the appropriate checkbox for Mobile and/or Email as needed.
Enter the new mobile number/email and specify the relationship (self, spouse, dependent children, or dependent parents).
Click on "Generate OTP" and verify the OTP received on the new mobile number/email.
Click "Continue with eSign," then "Sign Now."
Accept the terms and conditions, enter the Aadhar number of the account holder, and click "Send OTP."
Enter the OTP and click "Verify OTP."

As per the Exchange Circular, it is mandatory to submit a unique mobile number and email ID for each client. This helps ensure secure communication and proper identification.

Yes, under exceptional circumstances, you can use the same mobile number/email for more than one client, provided these clients belong to the same family. Family, for this purpose, includes self, spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents. A written request is required for such cases.

Once the process is completed, an email notification will be sent to you. The new email and/or mobile number will be added to your account within 5 working days.

Yes, for non-individual, joint, and minor accounts, it is mandatory to follow the offline process to update mobile numbers and email IDs.

Yes, the change in email ID or mobile number will apply to both trading and demat accounts.

If you need to update your email or mobile number for a particular trading code, please ensure that the changes are made in accordance with the process outlined above. The updated information will be applicable across your accounts.

Nominee Update

You can add a nominee to your Finwave account online only if your existing mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar. Here's how:

Visit www.finwave.co and click on "Online Modification."
Enter your "Client Code" and "PAN," then click "Send OTP." You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and email. Enter the OTP and log in.
After logging in, select "Nominee" from the menu.
Click the "Yes" button and enter the nominee's details, including their ID proof. If adding multiple nominees, specify the share percentage for each (up to 3 nominees allowed). Enter their middle names (if applicable) along with first names.
Choose "No" if you don't wish to nominate anyone.
Click on "Continue with eSign" and then "Sign Now."
Accept the terms and conditions, enter the account holder's Aadhaar number, and click on "Send OTP."
Enter the received OTP and click on "Verify OTP."

An email notification will be sent once the process is complete, and the nominee will be added to your account within 5 working days.

Even though Finwave accounts will not be blocked, it is strongly recommended to add nominee(s) to prepare for unforeseen events.

No, the mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar to update nominee details online.

You can simply click “No” when prompted. (Opted Out)

Minor accounts (where the guardian is the nominee)

Any individual (except the account holder them self)
You can add up to 3 nominees to your Finwave account.

You'll need to provide the guardian's details and ID proof.
The account holder cannot be the guardian of the nominee.

Yes, any nominees you add will be reflected in both your trading and Demat accounts.

Yes, NRIs can add nominees online as long as their Aadhaar card is linked to their active mobile number.

No, charitable trusts cannot be added as nominees.

Annual Income Update

To update your annual income, follow these steps:

Visit www.finwave.co and click on "Online Modification."
Enter your "Client Code" and "PAN," then click "Send OTP." You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email. Enter the OTP and log in.
After logging in, select "Update Annual Income" from the menu.
Choose the appropriate income range from the drop-down menu and upload your income proof.
Click the "Update Income Detail" button, and you will receive a confirmation message.

Finwave may request clients to update their income details for several reasons:

Prevention of Money Laundering (PMLA) Compliance: If the transactions in your Finwave account exceed the income details declared earlier, you need to update your income details to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Periodic Reviews: In accordance with SEBI guidelines, periodic reviews of clients' financial information and supporting documents are necessary to enable continued trading in the derivatives segment.

Submitting income proof is optional.
Accepted documents for income proof include

Latest salary slip
Form 16
Income Tax Return (ITR) acknowledgement
Bank statement showing income

If you do not update your annual income when requested, you may face restrictions on your trading activities.

Periodic updates are required to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. The frequency of updates may vary based on regulatory requirements and Finwave's internal policies.

If you did not receive the OTP, please check the following:

Ensure your registered mobile number and email are active and have network coverage.
Check your spam or junk email folder.
If the issue persists, contact Finwave customer support for assistance.

The preferred method for updating income details is through the online portal. If you face difficulties updating online, please contact Finwave customer support for alternative options.

Bank Account Details Addition

You can add a primary bank account online if your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar. Here's how:

Visit www.finwave.co and click on "Online Modification."
Enter your "Client Code" and "PAN," then click "Send OTP." An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email. Enter the OTP and log in.
After logging in, select "KYC Modification" from the menu and click on "Add Bank Account."
Choose the appropriate modification type and enter your new bank details.
Select the document type you want to upload as proof (cancelled cheque, bank statement, passbook, or banker's verification letter).
Choose if you want to make the new bank account your default for trading.
Verify the OTP received on your new mobile number/email and click "Continue with eSign" followed by "Sign Now."
Accept the terms and conditions, enter your Aadhaar number, and click "Send OTP." Enter the OTP and click "Verify OTP."

The new bank account will be added to your account within 5 working days after successful completion of the process.

An email notification will be sent to you once the process is complete.
A test transfer will be initiated to the new account for verification. If the transfer fails, you'll receive an email explaining the issue and will need to follow the offline process.

Non-individual accounts (e.g., Companies)
Joint accounts
Minor accounts

For these account types, you must follow the offline process to update your bank details.

Finwave Account

Steps for the Registration of Buyer Demat Account as Beneficiary under the Seller’s Demat Account:-

Seller Client Need to submit the 'Registration Form'. (Details Require for Registration form:- Seller Demat Account, Buyer Demat Account, Buyer PAN, buyer PAN exemption flag (if applicable), buyer account's depository flag i.e., CDSL / NSDL etc.)
You can Download the form from our Website : Add Beneficiary Details form
Post aforesaid checking, CDSL would send a link on the mobile number and email id registered in the demat account of seller client for the verification of buyer account details.
By clicking the said link, the seller client would be prompted to enter his / her PAN and / or 16 digits BOID to confirm his / her identity. On successful identification, details of the buyer client (s) would be displayed for verification.
On verification, the seller client would be given an option to 'OTP Authenticate' or 'Cancel' the registration.
For OTP authentication, CDSL will generate and send an OTP on the mobile number and email id registered in the demat account of seller client.
For every successful registration, buyer account details would be stored as 'Beneficiary' under the demat account of seller client.
DPs / Seller clients will also be provided an option to 'Delete' the already added 'Beneficiary' account (s).

Registration of a buyer account under the seller account will be a ONE TIME ACTIVITY.
This pre-requisite of adding beneficiary details will be applicable to ALL 'OFF-MARKET' REASON CODES available in CDSL Application.
So, make sure to prior registration of Buyer Demat Accounts Under the Seller’s Account for easy off market Transfer.
Please note that in addition to ‘Add Beneficiary’ directives, there is no change in the existing process of executing intra-depository and inter-depository off-market transfers.

As per SEBI’s Guideline from 30.12.2023, it is compulsory to add beneficiary before executing off market transaction.

For Every Off market transactions, you need to first add Buyer’s Demat Account as the beneficiary under the Seller’s Demat Account.
