Freeze/Block Trading Account

To safeguard the interest of Investors, SEBI Vide Circular dated January 12, 2024 has introduced a framework on the Subject “Ease of Doing Investments by Investors- Facility of voluntary freezing/ blocking of Trading Accounts by Clients. Investor can use this facility for Voluntary freezing of Finwave Trading Account as something similar to Blocking ATM/Debit/Credit Cards.

Process to unfreeze/unblock your Trading Account

Please select one mode of communication from the options below:
Option 1: Email: Send an email to stoptrade@finwave.co using your registered email ID with the subject line "Request to Unfreeze Trading Account – Client Code or PAN."

  • Client Name
  • PAN
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address

After verifying your request to unfreeze your Trading Account, we will proceed with the process and send a confirmation to your registered email address.
